Development Proposal

Below is the contents of the development application submitted to council.

The primary objective of this proposal is to provide for the orderly expansion of the residential area of Mullumbimby in accordance with Byron Local Environmental Plan, 1988 (”Byron LEP”), Development Control Plan No. 11 Mullumbimby (”DCP 11″) and the Mullumbimby Settlement Strategy 2005.
